1950s vintage brown velvet bomber jacket
dark brown woven wool knit waistband, sleeves and collar
Heeksuede is actually a specialty waterproof and crush-resistant faux suede/cotton-blend fabric, invented and patented by the Van Heek brothers in Enschede, Holland,
silver Clix zipper down front (this brand was often seen seen on civilian outerwear for flying sports such as Irvin jackets)
soft flannel lined pockets
breast pocket with zipper and pull
wide banded waist

lined in a patterned brown and white silk with a coppery sheen
